Present is in controlled beta. We read every message — expect a human reply within a couple of business days.
Include the email on your Present account and a short description of what you tried. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens.
Common requests
- Export or delete my data — signed-in Account page, or email us from the address on the account.
- Google connect issues — during beta, Google OAuth stays in testing mode; your Google account may need to be allowlisted. See Google data.
- Reminder emails — sent from
reminders@send.presentagent.vipwhen an occasion is within about two weeks and Planning assistant is enabled under Account → Agent permissions. Check spam and that the occasion has a date.
Connect the private ChatGPT beta
- Accept your Present beta invitation and sign in once to Present.
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and enable Developer mode. A managed workspace may require an administrator to enable apps first.
- Add a plugin or connector using
https://mcp.context.presentagent.vip/mcp/v2and review the tools ChatGPT displays. - Choose Connect, sign in to the same Present account, review Clerk's requested permissions, and approve only if they match your intent.
Developer mode availability depends on your ChatGPT plan and workspace policy. This is an invite-only beta, not a public directory listing. See OpenAI's current connection guide.
To disconnect, remove Present in ChatGPT's plugin or connector settings. If a connection still appears usable, email support from your Present account address. Never send us an OAuth token or authorization code.
